The nannies on our roster are the heart of our business. We provide continual, individualized support throughout the entire placement process and beyond, and will assist you in securing a position that utilizes your experience and expertise. Our families offer highly competitive pay and benefits and all positions are legally paid with taxes withheld. There is no cost as an applicant to be represented by Sommet Nannies.

SOMMET NANNIES IS ALWAYS SEEKING PROFESSIONAL NANNIES WHO POSSESS THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS:

  • A Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional childcare experience that can be verified

  • A valid driver’s license

  • Minimum of 3 outstanding references from prior childcare positions

  • Fluency in English and eligible to work in the United States

  • A clean driving record

The founder of Sommet Nannies, Lydia Thibodeau, worked as a full-time nanny for two different families over the course of seven years. It was through her experience working as a nanny that her vision for a one-of-a-kind nanny agency was born: an agency specializing in providing highly educated nannies to busy professional families.
